DHWeek is a celebration of the Digital Humanities in New York City and features networking sessions, a DH community meeting, open workshops offered across the city, and social events. This year DHWeek will be held from February 6-10 and we are excited to offer another amazing year of workshops and talks for all skill levels.
A few of the workshops include:
- Access: Bridging the Continuum between Digital Archival Management and the Public Interface – Emily Kate Genatowski
- Building Mobile Narratives and Games using ARIS – Jesse Merandy
- Dealing with Messy Data using Open Refine and other tools – Heather Seminelli
- Introduction to Security and Privacy for Researchers – Alex Gil
- and many, many more!
Remember that amongst doing all these great things during NYCDH Week you should make sure that you are a member of the community’s Commons-in-a-Box platform. If haven’t already, join here and get all the news and updates on what is going on in DH in the big city.
