BPATS Alum Saravenaz Ashley Elmi to Produce Comedy Show with AR Technology
Saravenaz Ashley Elmi graduated from the Bachelor’s Program for Adults and Transfer Students at The New School in December 2019. Now she’s producing a comedy show with Autokorrect at Improv Asylum in NYC on Thursday, February 27 at 9PM.
Autokorrect, Technodramatists’ in-house crew of up-and-coming comedians, is the first-ever Augmented Reality improv team. New York’s freshest faces perform a repertoire of spontaneous scenes and absurdity, all while puppeteering an array of 3D cartoon characters. A completely new form of improvisation, the two-act show blends the thrill of live theater with never-before-seen visual comedic possibilities.
