Coronavirus / Covid-19 Update: Important Update for New York City Campus
Students and Faculty
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 13-15: All classes and campus activities are canceled, including face-to-face, online, youth and continuing education. Residence halls and other campus buildings will remain open, though some may have curtailed hours and services. Please check schedules online.
- Monday, March 16 through Sunday, April 12, academic activities will remain as previously announced.
Staff
- Beginning tomorrow, Friday, March 13 through Sunday, April 12, non-essential staff should work remotely if possible. If on-campus presence is required, staggered schedules will be accommodated to the degree possible.

We remain actively focused on the unfolding situation. Our decision-making and planning is guided by our sense of responsibility, first and foremost, to protect the health and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff. It is also our high priority to ensure that teaching, learning, and research are progressing and the academic requirements of classes are being met.
