As we attend to the reorganization of work following the recent layoffs and continue our efforts to secure a sustainable future for The New School, some administrative processes and roles will change so that we can better serve students, faculty and staff colleagues, and support our core mission. This work will require thoughtful discussions and planning and attention to all areas, including physical spaces and technology. We are committed to seeking engagement from across the university and to sharing information.
The University Planning website will be the hub for information relating to this administrative work, as well as other university planning efforts. Most recently, we added the summaries of this summer’s reimagining sessions, which brought together a broad range of stakeholders to identify priorities and parameters for organizing the work of the university. We encourage you to bookmark this site for updates and to hear about opportunities to be involved in this work.
