Follow-up regarding Middle States Accreditation

A Message from Dr. Renée T. White, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

‌We’re pleased to welcome Dr. Ryan Hartnett, our Middle States accreditation liaison, to campus on Tuesday, February 25. This visit marks an important milestone in our accreditation journey, and presents an opportunity for us to showcase the significant strides we’ve made in meeting their requirements.

‌Throughout the day, Dr. Hartnett will meet with our dedicated leadership teams and campus groups who have been working intentionally to strengthen our institution. We’re proud of the substantial progress we’ve achieved and look forward to sharing our accomplishments while gaining valuable insights from MSCHE to further enhance our efforts.

‌Dr. Hartnett will deliver a community presentation about their warning letter on February 25, 9:15-10:00am, in Wollman Hall. We invite all students, staff, and faculty to join us for this important discussion about our institution’s continued growth and success.

‌In advance of Dr. Harnett’s visit, the Provost’s Office is hosting a virtual information session on accreditation on Wednesday, February 12, 2:00-3:00pm. While this session is geared towards students and answering their questions, it is open to the entire community if you wish to join us. A Zoom link will be shared with all registered attendees.
