On November 30, Regional Plan Association will be officially releasing the Fourth Regional Plan. This once-a-generation plan lays out both broad policies and specific projects to grow the economy, invest in our communities, and improve quality of life. It is the culmination of four years of intensive research, includes the input of more than 500 experts and civic leaders from the tri-state area and from around the globe, and represents lessons learned from over 50 community meetings with residents from across the metropolitan region.
