Literary Studies Faculty Member Anne Margaret Daniel Co-Edited the 1926 Broadway Play Version of The Great Gatsby
F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel was a flop until the 1926 stage adaptation by Owen Davis was a Broadway success. Daniel found a copy of the dramatization –perhaps the only complete one to survive–in the Colorado State University Library.
