About
The Public and Urban Policy doctoral program at The New School upholds the institution’s tradition of progressive scholarship and critical thinking. In line with our mission to foster substantive academic exchange, we proudly present the Policy, Design, and Development Working Paper Series.
In the rapidly evolving landscape of public and urban policy, we believe that research is the cornerstone of effective policy. The Policy, Design, and Development Working Paper Series highlights research that pushes the boundaries of traditional policy analysis, contributing to the development of policies that promote social justice and improve the quality of life in urban environments.
This series aims to enrich discussions and encourage collaboration among faculty, students, and alumni by providing a formal platform for sharing impactful research contributions. In line with this mission, we organize monthly in-person seminars where selected submissions are presented, offering an opportunity for dynamic dialogue and engagement at The New School.
