GPIA Presents Wikileaks: Implications for International Affairs
Front pages the world over are still covering Wikileaks’ release of U.S. State Department cables, which contained candid assessments of topics ranging from Iran’s nuclear capabilities to the Russian government’s oligarchical tendencies to Balkan wedding practices. But analysts are just beginning to understand how this unprecedented leak will color U.S. foreign relations in the coming years.
Join The New School’s graduate program in International Affairs for Wikileaks: Implications for International Affairs, with faculty members David Gold, Nina Khrushcheva, and Tom O’Donnell and guest John Matlock, former U.S. ambassador to Russia. The panel discussion will take place on Friday, December 10, 2:00’4:00 p.m., in the Henry Cohen Conference Room, 72 Fifth Avenue, 3rd floor. Admission is free.
