The News offers a glimpse of New School life that’s anything but ordinary. This comprehensive blog brings you stories about students, faculty, and upcoming special events. Every other week, we’ll send an email with links to feature stories that look in depth at the names behind the New School headlines. And become a fan of the New School Facebook page to keep up to date on our more frequent news blog postings.

The August 28 back-to-school issue focuses on our Union Square/Greenwich Village campus neighborhood. Read about an exciting development, The University Center on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 14th Street. Scheduled to open in the fall of next year, the University Center will include 16 stories of state-of–the-art classrooms, dormitories, libraries, public performance spaces, and places to relax, read, and catch up with friends.

To apply to any of our Master's, Doctural, Professional Studies Diploma, Graduates Certificate, or Associate's programs, or to apply to the Bachelor's Program for Adult and Transfer Students, complete and submit the New School Online Application.
