This week, a host of the most famous fashion alums from Parsons The New School for Design will be gathered at Bloomingdale’s. Narciso Rodriguez, Tracy Reese, Lela Rose, Alejandro Ingelmo, Mara Hoffman, Carmen Marc Valvo, Kay Unger and more, as well as Project Runway’s Tim Gunn will all be on hand to support Parsons Scholars, a program that allows students from underserved communities to take pre-college classes at Parsons free of charge.
The event is taking place this Thursday, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Bloomingdale’s flagship store on 59th Street and Lexington Avenue in midtown Manhattan. The store is generously donating 10% of proceeds from a wide selection of their merchandise during the event to the program.
