Join the Luminous Talks 3 Webinar on September 23
As part of this year’s Luminous Talks 3: The Changing Room, Parsons the New School for Design and Philips are pleased to present a webinar on September 23, at 10:00 a.m., featuring Reon Brand, senior research director at Philips Group Design and Laura Taylor, design director for Innovation at Philips Lighting.
Following this introductory webinar, there will be a live event held at Parsons in November, which will explore the dynamic potential of environments in which both natural and artificial forms of light activate interior space.
During the webinar the speakers will address changing dynamics in both living and working environments. They will touch upon charting corresponding shifts in human behavior in order to gain a better understanding of the powerful implications of the skillful combination of both natural and artificial light sources in interior space. Ultimately exploring how this dynamic application of light is shaping our increasingly flexible working and living environments will also be addressed.
