Doctoral students in the New School Clinical Psychology program need supervised experience giving a range of psychological tests.
Find out how psychologists work and learn something about yourself!
Volunteers meet with one Clinical Ph.D. student several times throughout the year. Volunteers must be available for Fall semester 2013. Total testing time about 6 hours, plus an hour of feedback for you after testing is complete. Volunteers will be compensated a total of $50 at the conclusion of the psychological testing.
Testing is strictly confidential and is supervised by Ph.D. Clinical Psychologists on the New School faculty. Clinical students may discuss anonymous test results in small groups, but each student only knows the identifying information for their own volunteer; only instructors and teaching assistants will know the identities of all volunteers.
If you would like to volunteer, please send an email to Lia Okun, firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your interest and a telephone number where you can be reached to discuss the program by September 1st.
