Call for Submissions: The New School’s Global Cookbook Project

The New School’s Global Cookbook Project is a free E-book of recipes, political essays, and personal stories contributed by our international student body.

The purpose is to celebrate the New School’s cultural diversity, foster political discussion and activism, increase international student engagement at both the graduate and undergraduate level, and bolster our already strong campus food culture.

Selected recipes will be added to The New School cafeteria’s monthly menu and students will have an opportunity to work with the University’s Head Chef to prepare the dish.

Hard copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase with all proceeds going towards a fund for student projects relating to food and culture.
