Parsons Paris Festival 2017

The Parsons Paris Festival 2017 showcases extraordinary work by students across our programs. Three major events make up the festival, culminating on Friday, May 19th with the Exhibition Opening at Parsons Paris and Galerie 24b on Rue Saint Roch — everyone is encouraged to attend this final event.

STAY TUNED TO THIS POST FOR MORE INFORMATION.

The Festival kicks off on May 17th with Fashion Show at the stunning Elysée Montmartre where ten BFA Fashion Design students will see their senior collections walk the runway. Space is limited and by invitation only for this event; email parsonparisfashion@newschool.edu to request entry.

Thursday, May 18th will be the thesis defense & publication launch by the MA History of Design & Curatorial Studies and MA Fashion Studies graduate students.

The final event of our Festival, the exhibition opening on Friday, May 19th, is a public celebration and a way for family, friends, and industry partners to share in the creative achievements of our graduating students in BBA Strategic Design & Management, BFA Art, Media & Technology, BFA Fashion Design, and MFA Design & Technology.

Please join us and see firsthand the diverse, innovative works of tomorrow’s leaders in art and design on Friday, May 19 at 7pm at the Parsons Paris Gallery (45 Rue Saint Roch 75001) and Galerie 24b (24bis Rue Saint-Roch) down the street from campus. The works will be on display through May 21.

For more information on this year’s festival please contact Alison Carey.
