A visit to the Van Cleef & Arpels Jewelry School
As part of their Luxury Systems class, Parsons Paris Strategic Design and Management students took a private visit of the Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry school located at the heart of Place VendĂ´me, in an 18th century mansion representative of French decorative art. With their professor Anna Krutiy, students explored Yves Gastou’s extraordinary collection mens’ rings. The 669 rings in the exhibit are part of his 1000+ ring collection, coming from different periods of time – as early as ancient Egypt – and from all around the world.
