Parsons Paris : Climate Strike 2019
On September 20, three days before the UN Climate Summit in NYC, young people and adults will strike all across the world to demand transformative action be taken to address the climate crisis. September 20, 2019 may be one of the biggest days of coordinated action in recent times and it will be an action led and coordinated by youth.
In Paris, people will take the streets from Nation to Parc de Bercy between 1 and 6pm.
Parsons Paris will work with students, faculty and staff to provide a safe space to organise and support the strike. During the days leading to the strike and on Friday 20, a number of activities and workshops will be organised, and the school will provide materials to make signage.
