FEBRUARY

7:00-8:00 pm
After growing up in 3 different continents, Morin Oluwole went from pre-med at Stanford to a career in luxury and technology. Today she leads the global luxury division at Meta (Facebook – Instagram – WhatsApp), where she develops communication strategies and drives Meta’s innovation arm to set luxury brands at the forefront of technical and creative transformation.

6:00-7:00 pm
Join Parsons alumni as they share their career paths and experiences after graduation. The second part of the session will allow students and alumni to discuss and ask questions in breakout sessions by major.

2:00-3:30 pm
This 90-minute session will provide students with information on how to prepare for recorded interviews that are becoming more and more common. They will learn how to practice their pitch, how to approach the interview, and receive job search advice – targeting sectors/jobs/companies and how to research (social networks, job boards, career centers).
*Students will also be able to participate in a one-way recorded interview two days prior to the presentation and receive feedback on their video.
4:00-5:00 pm
This one-hour session will welcome a representative from WIX to share how to build an online portfolio with WIX.
*Students can review the Getting Started guide shared on the registration page and submit their drafted portfolio in the preceding days for feedback.
6:00-7:00 pm
Parsons Alumni will be joining us to share their experiences starting their own brands in France. Come to ask your questions or to learn as much from them as possible in this engaging 1-hour session.
