What We Look For:

ThinkImpact is looking for the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators and catalysts for social change: people who are passionate, ambitious, adventurous and excited to learn about market-based solutions to poverty alleviation alongside local partners in rural communities across Africa.

The Innovation Process is for anyone who is open-minded, curious and eager to learn. Scholars do not need a background in business or design to be successful on this program.  Every summer ThinkImpact curates multi-disciplinary teams on the Institute to unlock potential and spark innovation.

What We Are Asking:

ThinkImpact asks all applicants to complete a short application consisting of 3 short answer questions (detailed below) and a copy of your most recent resume.

1. Give us confidence that you can adapt to the following: very limited access to Internet, bucket bathing and lack of variety in food choices.2.

2. Tell us about someone you worked who surprised you in an unexpected way.

3. What is one thing you would like the group to support you in achieving this summer?
