Kate Krontiris, principal at Reboot, describes the need for designed services and explores how this plays out in the NYC landscape. Reboot is a service design firm that creates policies, programs, and services that aim to change lives.

Kate Krontiris oversees Reboot’s US-based client engagements, and is responsible for curating a public conversation about the complex and varied ideas that Reboot weaves together, from ethnography to design to technology to policy analysis.
