Focus: Leadership Development of Social Entrepreneurs

Description: The inaugural Global Good Fund & Diana Davis Spencer Foundation Fellowship supports US-based entrepreneurs, of any age, who are creating jobs for the 50+ population. The selected entrepreneurs are paired with executives who serve as coaches and are provided with leadership assessment resources, a network of peer leaders, content expertise, and $20,000 in targeted financial capital. The formal Fellowship duration is fifteen months, but these Fellows will build a network of lifelong value.

Those accepted to the Diana Davis Spencer Fellowship will take part in a 15-month leadership development program where their impact will be amplified through ongoing access to a personalized social entrepreneur leadership curriculum as well as relationships with elite leadership development consultants and successful business executives who will guide, nurture, and accelerate their growth as individuals and organizational leaders.

Fellows will include social entrepreneurs in the United States dedicated to creating and cultivating job opportunities for individuals over 50 years of age.

Applicant Criteria: Available to those leading an enterprise in the U.S. that is or will create sustainable jobs for people over 50 years old who are underemployed or unemployed.
