About the Position
Portland State University is looking to hire an Executive Director (ED) of Entrepreneurship & Impact. Housed in their School of Business, the ED would oversee the Impact Entrepreneurs program in social entrepreneurship, the Business Outreach Program of small business technical assistance, all other entrepreneurship offerings in the School of Business, and social innovation programming across Portland State’s seven other schools and colleges.
For the first time, this would enable the Portland State School of Business to provide deep coordination between all social entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship, social innovation, and traditional entrepreneurship programs.
The new ED will also have a major role in related fundraising and development, and will serve as Portland State’s Change Leader.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree or higher in related field; significant relevant experience (10+ years).
