Elle DiLorenzo
Elle DiLorenzo is a global strategy advisor and sustainable development expert with nearly 20 years of experience in international affairs. A seasoned senior management strategist, Elle has worked with governments, the private sector and civil society across the international security and development fields in places such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, France, Georgia, Indonesia, Kosovo, Russia and the United States. As Founder of Enduring Impact, she helps public and private sector organizations, social entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders create long-lasting results, guiding clients to re-examine organizational strategy, program design and collective impact through a legacy lens. Her past work includes roles with Booz Allen Hamilton, the Center for Terrorism and Intelligence Studies, Interpol, the Economic Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Peace Corps. Elle has an MA degree in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, a BA degree in International Relations from Boston University and certifications in project management and change management. She speaks Russian, French and Spanish, is a Design Thinking Facilitator and is very active in the New York City international development and social impact community, including co-founding the NYC Sustained Global Impact Community of Practice.
