Shane Rasnak
Shane specializes in working with leaders of social impact organizations, helping them to acquire more
customers and accelerate growth by leveraging the latest strategies and tools in digital marketing. (www.shanerasnak.com). Since launching his consulting business in New York City in 2014, Shane has worked with over 30 startups, non-profits, and mission-driven entrepreneurs. He served as an instructor at General Assembly’s NYC campus for their 10-week digital marketing program, and taught numerous workshops for foundations, startups, and communities in NYC including Be Social Change and Centre for Social Innovation. Shane has also contributed articles on the topic of marketing and entrepreneurship to Unreasonable.is and Conscious Company Media. Prior to his consulting business, he was a founding member and the Director of Marketing at ReWork, a recruiting company that matches mission-driven talent to socially innovative and impactful organizations. Shane graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management, and studied internationally with Semester at Sea. His career focus is to support the growth of innovative, entrepreneurial organizations that are driving change toward a more sustainable and equitable world.
