Markova Casseus is a proud graduate of Syracuse University, currently working as an Assistant Media Planner at Zenith. Passionate about women’s empowerment and telling the stories of underrepresented groups, she is excited to pursue a masters in Media Management at The New School. In her spare time, markova enjoys stepping, journaling, and hanging out with the people she loves most. She hopes to head her own media company in the future.
What is the unmet social or environmental need you intend to address?
Educating young African-American women about social entrepreneurship and making it more accessible to pursue careers in this field.
What most excites you about participating in the Impact Entrepreneurship Fellowship?
I’m excited to connect with students from different programs while also receiving support in pursuing entrepreneurship!
