The editor of business and leadership bestseller The Baron Son, she has coached C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potential talent across industries; designed and implemented leadership development programs; led corporate training; and facilitated strategy meetings in Europe, Latin America, and the US. Her client list includes Arconic, The Estée Lauder Companies, KPMG, TIAA, the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, NYC Dept. of Education, the Ministry of Education in Panama and the Workers Commission of Madrid.
Kali holds an M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School where she received her Executive Coaching and Group Facilitation training. She’s also a certified corporate trainer through LearnIT in San Francisco. Deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development, Kali pursued additional graduate work onSpanishLanguage&Culture at Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros in Spain. To expand the conversation about equity, diversity and inclusion in organizations, she researched identity development through service learning to prepare language learners for professional roles in leadership and change.
