The mission of Patas Patatas is to modernize and industrialize potato production in Peru and Bolivia. These countries hold the largest biological diversity of potatoes (+4,000 varieties), but the overall production chain is very rudimentary and inefficient. This inefficiency translates into sourcing packaged potato products from other countries. Our vision is to develop added value potato products that can compete in international markets.
