Howard Gray
Howard is an entrepreneur, coach, and founder, with a background that spans digital agencies, live entertainment, and technology startups. His experience includes founding, building, and successfully exiting two companies, booking over 5,000 live shows in 60 countries as a talent agent, managing complex enterprise software builds, and facilitating training programs for executives at companies, such as IBM, MasterCard, Ikea, McKinsey, and Philips. Howard started his career in London’s digital advertising industry, where he worked as a creative technologist and producer delivering high-profile campaigns and products for clients, including Telefonica, Microsoft and Audi. In 2008, he launched Reprise Music Group, a full-service entertainment agency representing some of the world’s most exciting independent music talent for touring, publishing, and PR. After both divisions of the company were acquired in 2012, Howard spent three years as a talent agent before starting H Bureau, a studio that acts as a business partner to help creative founders launch and grow innovative ventures, as well as creating its own products and services. Since moving to New York in 2017, some of Howard’s projects have involved designing and facilitating the curriculum for the City of New York’s AMP NYC accelerator program, advising on commercial strategy for an Asian entertainment brand, and devising the go-to market strategy for an enterprise B2B software product focused on sustainability.
He coaches a number of creative entrepreneurs, is a mentor with the BUILD NYC youth program, and trains senior executives as a facilitator with Decoded and Hyper Island.
