I am a multi-disciplinary designer from Detroit Michigan. I am currently an educator at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit within the Color & Materials Design department. I am also currently working on my own apparel brand, focusing on locally sourced and produced streetwear for all seasons.
What is the unmet social or environmental need you intend to address?
I am hoping to address the environmental and economic impact of the fast fashion market on both workers and consumers.
What most excites you about participating in the Impact Entrepreneurship Fellowship?
I am most excited about collaborating with my fellow cohorts and learning new skills.
What most excites you about Impact Entrepreneurship in general?
I am most excited about using my creative skills to help make positive change within my local community.
Where do you think you need the most support regarding your venture concept?
I think I need the most support further developing my technical skills in my field, and making connections with industry professionals.
