Agathe Gondinet
Agathe holds 14 years of experience developing strategies for skills development and gender equality internationally. Creating strategic partnerships, she closes the gap between youth and women and the labour market, especially in the power and water sectors and the manufacturing industry. Agathe holds a strong focus on Design thinking and Change management and is currently working on the USAID Engendering Utilities program promoting gender equality in power and water utilities. Agathe holds 3 Master’s degrees in political science, history and economics of education. She speaks French, Spanish, English and German and lives between Paris and New York.
