Ken Ithiphol
Ken Ithiphol sees himself as an agent of positive social change. He began his career as a social researcher, helping organizations and communities effect meaningful and lasting change through measurement and evaluation. For eight years, he led quantitative and qualitative research efforts focused on a wide array of issues, including mental health and well-being, homelessness, and community well-being. He has since moved into a consulting space focused more intently on helping members of communities and systems deepen their capacity to exercise leadership, cultivate collective wisdom, and navigate complex changes—all in support of achieving profound results.
Ken is bi-cultural and is conversationally fluent in Thai. He holds a BA in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is also a professional coach in training, and will be receiving his certification from the International Coach Federation in November 2019.
