Stephen Francis is currently the Senior Vice President of Arrive, a venture arm of Roc Nation. He is an investor in many companies, including: Robinhood, Ethos, sweetgreen, Scratch, Helm, and many other. Previously he was the VP of Biz Dev & Operations for Michael Bay’s 451 Media, where he spearheaded partnerships with Samsung & Intel and collaborated with major screenwriters and authors like George Pelecanos (The Wire), Scott Rosenberg (Gone in 60 Seconds), and Mark Mallouk (Black Mass). Prior to his involvement in the start up space, he was a music industry executive, working both independently and as the Director of Global Artist Management for EMI Music. His clients earned multiple platinum singles, over a billion streams worldwide, an A Listed single at BBC Radio, and a Grammy Nomination.
