NYC BigApps 2017 is open and will officially launch on Thursday, January 12, with a public event at Grand Central Tech.
The event will feature speakers from the City, partners, and workshop time to begin ideating on solutions.

About NYC Big Apps
NYC BigApps is back and launching the latest iteration of New York City’s largest civic innovation initiative in just a few short weeks!
This year’s competition has adopted a user-centric approach, with each challenge anchored in the expressed needs of community end-users and the social practitioners who serve them.
Specifically, NYC BigApps 2017 will focus on how tech can be used to improve the lives of three underserved groups in New York City:
– Youth (13-18)
– Seniors (65+)
– Immigrants
