Rose Worden manages the forced displacement portfolio at InterAction, the largest network of US-based international NGOs with more than 170 members, headquartered in Washington DC. There she promotes collective NGO positioning on policies that affect forcibly displaced people and advocates with stakeholders including the US State Department, UNHCR, and others. She is also InterAction’s focal point for the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, the longest-standing and highest-level humanitarian coordination forum of the United Nations System. Prior to joining InterAction, Rose was a research associate at the Center for Global Development, a DC-based policy think tank, where she analyzed how humanitarian donor governments make funding choices among other projects.

Spanning across 10 years of Humanitarian and Human Rights work within the United Nations Systems as a Programme Manager and Communications Advisor, Natasha is currently exploring new avenues in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment sectors in various countries. As an interdisciplinary artist, Natasha works on publishing and producing creative content that highlights the Black experience by authoring informative books on career development, producing operatic discographies, and submitting to international fellowships and art residencies.
