She is also InterAction’s focal point for the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, the longest-standing and highest-level humanitarian coordination forum of the United Nations System. Prior to joining InterAction, Rose was a research associate at the Center for Global Development, a DC-based policy think tank, where she analyzed how humanitarian donor governments make funding choices among other projects.
