Call for Undergraduate Work: On Kinship

On Kinship: Call for Papers

Process is currently accepting submissions for its next issue, On Kinship. The journal seeks work that uses kinship, broadly understood, as a framework for thinking about human relationships and how we conceive of our connections and disconnections to one another. How do fluid or rigid notions of kinship—biological, communal, familial, public and private, normative and non-normative, legal, global, national, cultural—shape our beliefs, our politics, our understandings of history or heritage, our approaches to science? How do definitions of kin and non-kin include and exclude? How can shifting ideas of kinship change the way we think and interact? Visit our website for more information about CFP.
