KATHLEEN RUGH’S new film “Winter’s First Moons” was recently completed. It will be screening in a couple of festivals in February and March 2019, including Revolutions per Minute Festival in Boston, FLEX The Florida Experimental Film & Video Festival in Tampa, Artifact Film Festival in Calgary, AB Canada, and Cosmic Rays Film Festival in Chapel Hill, NC.
