HIRING: STANDUP LABS is Looking for Social Media Manager, Content Creator and Podcast Producer

Social Media Manager & Content Creator

• Day-to-day platform management, which includes creating, writing and publishing posts

• Calendar management, staying on top of and keeping social calendar up to date

• Content management: crafting organized and robust file management systems and being the central point of contact for content to flow through

• On the ground executor for product launches, campaigns / any posting requirements

• Participate in social listening and build engaging content based on what’s buzzing

• Ideate social concepts bring them through to completion

• Analyze performance of organic pages and craft reporting strategy, developing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and communicating this analysis and findings to relevant internal groups

• Produce assets in Photoshop or final Cut/Adobe Premiere or with other creative programs

• Assist with launch of new channels, i.e. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

• Be on top of brand awareness and impressions

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a social media manager or related title

• Excellent knowledge of FB, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube

• Knowledge of SEO and web metrics

• Experience with audience persona reach

• Google Drive, Google Calendar, MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite (Premier, Audition, Illustrator)

• Knowledge of caption inputting on social videos

• Video editing

• Audio editing

• Excellent multi-tasking and organization

• Excellent written skills

• Team player

• Work closely with producers and head of production

Salary

$20/hour (5-10 hours/week)

Podcast Producer

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• At least two years of audio production experience in radio, podcasting, or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to structure stories in audio

• Strong interest in comedy

• Ability to work in either our Upper West Side studio

• Fluent in Adobe Audition

• Excellent audio and video editing

• Bonus if you have experience video editing in black magic studio

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Ability to schedule and book talent

• Work closely with the host(s), social media manager(s), and head of production

• Freelance, 1-3 days a week

Salary: $125.00/episode

Must be based in NY and available to work in the office in the UWS.
