"The Dream of The Audience:" A Film Screening and Performance by Christina Cha on her aunt Theresa Hak Kyung Cha

Two Dynamic Events Led by Prof. Margaret Rhee Sparks Student Engagement

Chair of Arts Writing and Assistant Professor of Writing Across Media, Margaret Rhee hosts two successful events that brought together students and notable guest speakers to explore key topics related to media and writing courses.

The first event featured Christina Cha, who provided valuable insights and sparked engaging discussions with the attendees. The event was held in a packed venue, with students, including some Asian American attendees and faculty from Barnard and Columbia, actively participating. MFA students Hijab and Nellianne provided engaging introductions, setting the tone for each event.

The second event welcomed Dr. Minsoo Kang, where students had the opportunity to dive even deeper into their studies, working closely with Kang to expand their understanding of the subject matter.

In both these events, students not only deepened their knowledge but also had the chance to engage directly with experts in their field.
