
Upcoming Virtual Craft Talks in Queer and Trans Media
Cassius Adair, Assistant Professor of Media Studies announces a series of engaging virtual craft talks as part of our Queer and Trans Media course.
These events will feature an impressive lineup of speakers who are leaders in their respective fields. Students from outside the course are also welcome to participate.
Upcoming Talks:
- October 31: Award-winning audio producers Jazmine Green and Sarah Esocoff will share their insights and experiences in audio storytelling, discussing how to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- November 14: Join small-press editors, anthologists, and multimedia creatives Tuck Woodstock and Lyn Corelle as they explore the art of editing and the significance of inclusive storytelling in the publishing industry.
- November 21: Graphic novelists Hal Schrieve, Sol Brager, and Mattie Lubchansky will delve into the world of graphic storytelling, highlighting the intersection of visual art and narrative in the LGBTQ+ community.
