Netflix Talent Accelerator Announces 2024/2025 Residencies Cohort with Alum Ihumehai “Ihums” Issac

Industry Standard has announced its 2024/25 Experience Residencies cohort, which places emerging post-production professionals within top-tier entertainment environments across film, television, advertising, branded content, and gaming.

Media Management Alum, Ihums Issac will join RadicalMedia as a resident in the editorial track. She has worked with MTV, BBC, MOMA, and Victoria’s Secret and served as lead assistant editor at Dakoit Pictures for the Sundance documentary TikTok Boom.

Passionate about impactful storytelling, especially in mental health and sustainability, Ihums shared, “Being selected as a resident is not just a milestone; it’s the beginning of a transformative journey. I am excited to embrace the challenges ahead, learn from inspiring mentors, and contribute to meaningful work.”
