Media Studies Alum Sam O’Sullivan Edited a New Comedy Pilot Premiering at Room 52

Media Studies Alum Sam O’Sullivan served as editor for the new comedy pilot, TJ, which will be having its premiere at Midtown speakeasy Room 52!

New York City’s stand-up comedy scene has always been a crucible of raw talent, awkward encounters, and hilarious mishaps. On March 13th at 7 PM, Room 52 NYC will play host to a special premiere screening of TJ, a new comedy series that dives headfirst into the unpredictable world of stand-up. Created by legendary NYC stand-up Tommy Smart, this series promises to deliver the perfect mix of humor, self-sabotage, and hard-earned triumphs that define life as a struggling comic.

This exclusive event will not only feature the screening of the first two episodes of TJ but will also include a live stand-up comedy performance and a Q&A session with the show’s creator, Tommy Smart. For those who love their humor served with a dose of real-life awkwardness, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Secure your tickets now.
