Co-hosted with the Center for Communication, this panel explored how brands engage consumers across evolving media platforms. Experts Anne Becker (Paramount Advertising), Idia Ogala (DraftKings, CBG Marketing), and moderator Alexandra Merceron (Rubenstein, Columbia University) shared insights on industry trends, critical skills, and career-building strategies. The event concluded with an informal networking session, allowing students to connect directly with professionals.

Industry Talk with Tinashe Chaponda, CEO, Sosani
Hosted by Professor Mark Walton, this interactive workshop led by Tinashe Chaponda, CEO of Sosani – Global Creator Agency, provided students with insider knowledge of influencer marketing. The session covered industry fundamentals, career strategies, and a live case study, where students developed campaign ideas and received real-time feedback.
