Paid Media Specialist, Spotify for Artists (Long-Term Contract)
You’ll run all Spotify for Artists and Spotify for Podcasters paid media campaigns—driving search traffic, content series views, awareness, and traffic. You may also run app download and other campaigns as strategic needs arise.
What You’ll Do

- Own all campaign execution across FB, IG, TW, Display, Search, and other platforms, ensuring cost effective spends and impact
- Coordinate asset trafficking with internal stakeholders
- Lead strategy and execution for improving campaign performance
- Analyze and report on campaign performance on a regular basis
- Work closely with the entire Creator Marketing team to drive their strategic and business goals
- Discuss campaign optimizations with contacts at media platforms
- Design individual campaign level optimization strategies
- Drive down CPA, CPC, and CPV
Who You Are

- 3 to 5 years of strong tactical executional abilities for all paid media channels, including but not limited to social platforms, adwords, and app stores
- Fluent in campaign analysis and reporting across all standard paid media KPI
- Well versed in platform specific creative and performance best practices
- Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysis
- Able to work autonomously with strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Effective communicator who enjoys cross-functional projects
- Thrives in environments that require a lot of context switching and managing multiple priorities
- Existing understanding of music ecosystem audiences a plus, but not required
