Professor John Peter Didato Directs “Ciao, Sesame Street!”
Ciao, Sesame Street! a documentary directed by Professor JOHN PETER DIDATO opened the 2021 Florida Atlantic University Italian American Film Festival. The festival was organized by the FAU Italian Studies program, the National Italian American Foundation and the Italian Sons and Daughters of America (ISDA). Basil Russo, National President of ISDA introduced the film.

Ciao, Sesame Street! goes behind the scenes of Sesame Street to profile Italian Americans who have contributed to the success of the most beloved children’s show in television history. The film won the 2019 Russo Brothers Italian American Film Forum.
