As a first generation American and Latina, Alas believes in sharing her experiences with young creatives and leaders to welcome in new talent and underrepresented voices.

Alas received her B.A. in Film Theory and Media Studies from UC Berkeley and her M.S. in Media Management from The New School. She currently works for Sunset Studios in Los Angeles, CA, overseeing studio and production operations for Sunset Bronson and Sunset Gower Studios. Her clients have included Netflix, ABC, CBS, and NBC Universal.
