Four SMS Alums Featured in Arena Theater Short Film Festival, an Event Co-produced by Professor Carol Wilder
Four SMS Alums, Cacau de Santana Araujo, Tiffany Jiang, Maliyamungu Muhande, and John Coogan are looking forward to the upcoming Arena Theater Short Film Festival, which Carol Wilder, Professor Emeritus helped to bring to life!
Additionally, alums Alex Kelly, Ndelea Simama, and Chris Rogy are featured in John Coogan’s short “Media HANU” about their 2012 Fulbright/New School sponsored project at Hanoi University.
Arena Theater is a beautiful art-deco theater in the heart of Point Arena, CA, on the Mendocino County coast. Set for November 10-11, the two-day inaugural event will include four short programs and one feature-length film, kicking off with a cocktail party on Friday evening, followed by the first film. The festival will conclude on Saturday evening with a reception for filmmakers and guests before the final screening.
