The New School’s Fall 2023 Semester in Books

New School faculty writers confront pressing social and cultural issues in their published works—from examinations of capitalism, alternative economic policymaking, and platform cooperatives to portraits of vibrant communities and sustainable households and explorations of contemporary photography.

Works published range from poetry collections to children’s books and nonfiction. Faculty members also produced a number of compelling works during the spring 2023 semester.
