Parsons Paris is proud to announce BFA Fashion Design graduate Petra Fagerstrom as a finalist in the 38th annual Festival International de Mode, de Photographie et d’Accessoires, at Villa Noailles in Hyères. Commonly known as Festival de Hyères to be held between the 12th au 15th October 2023.
