Printing Fashion 6th Edition
Printing Fashion returns with its 6th edition.
We are happy to announce our forthcoming Printing Fashion Festival that will be held on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th March 2024. The festival creates a space for discussing the trajectory and evolution of printed media and the fashion of printed publication today, featuring key contributors in the field. Through debates, lectures, and conversations, this year we will explore the concept of “Desire”. Our guests will discuss this idea of in connection with various aspects: the aspiration value of images and image-making, the commodification of bodies and the problem or representation in fashion media, the relation between sexuality, fashion and printed media, the increasing desire and fashionability of working in creative industries, the appeals of activism and political discourses in popular media and finally the increasing attention to fashion brand archives.
We invite you to join us in these debates with our guest Cecilia Dean, Neige Thebault, Julie Peeters, Giulia Mensitieri, Pascal Douglas, Koura-Rosy Kane, Pascal Monfort, Benoit Bethume, Zoe Natale Mannella, Alessia Glaviano, Sarah Vadé, Brynne DeTurk Weaver, Perrine Scherrer, Olivier Flaviano, Anton Mebarki, and many more.
